Outpost SVC does not store credit card information in any manner. All customer credit card information is obtained and processed on your behalf by the secure servers of Heartland Payment Services, a USA Internet Payment Service Provider, certified by the major credit card companies.

Through Heartland Payment Services, we fully support the 3D secure authentication mechanism (referred to by the major credit card companies as ‘Verified by Visa” or ‘MasterCard Secure code’). Use and Disclosure of Shipment Information

By law and in accordance with local/country regulations, information concerning your packages may be required and applicable in the countries from and to which your packages are transported. Any data and information obtained about the packages being shipped to you will be provided to the necessary authorities for export, import, duty and tax purposes, as well as for security screening.

This information may include but is not limited to your name, delivery address, and description of the goods, their value, the number of pieces, and the weight of the package.

Disclosure to Third Parties

It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within our outside of your country of residence when Outpost SVC may need to disclose your personal information. Should this be necessary, if required to do so by a court or government agency, or otherwise required by law we may disclose your personal information.
