We understand that one of the concerns many shoppers experience with international purchasing is that you are unable to physically review your goods until some days after the purchase. This is also after a significant investment has already been made in shipping the purchase internationally.
To reassure our customers that the goods they purchased match those received at the Outpost SVC facility, we automatically take one photo of every parcel upon arrival. In addition, the Outpost SVC team will also notate any applicable details. The photo and information are then attached for you to view in your account management section on the day of receipt.
What if you believe the goods received are incorrect?

- You are able to request Outpost SVC to return the package to sender *
- You can also request us to dispose of the package
